Floor Sanding Plateau-Mont-Royal
Le Plateau-Mont-Royal (or simply Le Plateau) is a borough of the City of Montreal that gets its name from its geographical location at the top of the terrace on Sherbrooke Street. It has an area of 8.1 km2 [2], a population of 100,390 inhabitants (in 2011) and has the highest population density in the City. In recent years, it has become popular with the so-called trendy population.
The boundaries of Plateau-Mont-Royal are as follows: to the north and northeast, the Canadian Pacific (CP) railway tracks, to the west, Hutchison Street up to Mont-Royal Avenue, then Park Avenue going down towards Pine Avenue, and finally, University Street up to the southern boundary which is Sherbrooke Street.
While the Plateau boasts magnificent examples of public and institutional, commercial and industrial architecture, it is the residential constructions that draw our attention today. Those that will long be called, and not by chance, the typical houses: the famous triplex, emblem of the Plateau.
The price of houses is very expensive.
Floor maintenance on the Plateau, Oiled floors, beautiful and eco-friendly!
While stained and varnished wood is in fashion, oiled wood flooring, whether stained or not, is making its entrance. As almost all houses on the Plateau Mont-Royal are either duplexes or triplexes, it’s the best choice for floor maintenance on the Plateau.
