*Sanding and finishing of dust-free hardwood and/or softwood stairs (all our sanding includes dust-free technology, but it should be noted that due to the many manual operations involved in restoring a staircase, you will have to plan a cleaning at the end of the work).
*Please note that a standard step and riser measure between 36 and 42 inches, and non-standard steps will be prorated to a standard step.
*All floor and stair finishes include a sealer and two coats of varnish or natural finishing oil. Depending on the nature of the oil used, the service may include one to three coats of finish.

*If you want to change the color of your wood (application of a stain to the floor), you must go to the Colobar retailer at least 7 days before the start of the work to choose and buy your stain.
